"Town would probably be better. More ships are open."
He took it with a raised eyebrow. "Is it going to explode?"

"Basically," she said, before pausing. "Do you think we should go back down?"

He pursed his lips. "Should we get to the homework?"
"That's a good way of thinking," she said. "I like it."
"And go where?" he asked. "We have to be adults. For ourselves."
