Separate names with a comma.
"I love you too," he said, giving her a quick hug before departing.
"Well, yeah." She shrugged, grinning slightly. "But with pigeons?"
"I'm not slacking." He frowned. "I always get interrupted."
"Alright," he said, kissing her cheek. "I parked near here, so I've best get going."
"Have you tried to swoon anyone else?" she asked curiously.
"Can we just work?" he asked. "We didn't get much done yesterday."
"I want to come," he reassured. "Trust me."
"Am I the only one you've managed to swoon with pigeons?" she asked, raising an eyebrow.
"It is, but not when it's pointless."
He stood up, taking her hand. "Okay," he said. "I'll come tonight."
"It's working," she replied, in a similar voice and with an added wink.
"Is there a point to this conversation?"
"I can if you want me to," he said. " Is that okay?"
She reached to kiss his cheek, the action light. "It's funny."
"I am not," he stated. "I am 17."
"The pleasure was all mine," he said. 'It was nice to see you again."
She grinned, kneeling down. "You're basically their dad."
"I'm petulant because I like being right?" he asked. "That makes no sense."
"I know, right?" He looked at his watch. "I should probably go soon."
"Sounds exciting. So you train them lime this every day? That seems tedious."
