He kissed her lightly. "I love you."
She kissed him deeply, one hand resting on the back of his neck and the other grazing his jaw. When pulled away, she grinned brightly. "So you're...
"I can never be sure," he said with a shrug.
She swatted at his hands. "Get out of here. I won't fall for your evil tricks!"
"Good," he said. "I was worried for a moment there."
She smiled against his lips, and laughed when they pulled away. "Oh gosh. This is so crazy. I can't believe it's happening."
"Do you still need to be cautious around me?" He asked, raising an eyebrow.
She squeezed hand, then leaned forward to kiss his cheek. "I fell in love with you. Nothing could change that. Not even a name."
He frowned and leaned forward to kiss her. "You can't just accept an answer, can you?'

"Like I said before, he's got married multiple times before," he said. "He says it's for fun. I don't know how he'll be around you."
"Isn't that the best type of relationship?" she asked. "Because you're my best friend, too."
"He's an *squee!*. As his brother, I think he's a real *squee!*."
Her fingers delicately rested on the side of his neck. "Isn't it weird how this is only the beginning?"
"Probably," he said. "I don't think you'll be a fan."
"Jack," she said, her tone thoughtful, "I could spend eternities with you."
"I'm glad. I'm not sure about my brother, though. He's a jerk."
She raised her arms victoriously, grinning. "We've got our life plan!"
