He grinned, brushing her hair back. "I'll teach you."
"Good," he said. "He has an idea, but I'd have to help you improve at earth magic to do it."
Zerras waved as he called her, approaching with bright eyes. "Hey, June!"
He nodded, heading back out to the field.
He nodded in understanding. "I'll let June know."
"Hmm.. Yes, I think it would help," he agreed. "It's a good idea."
He rubbed his chin slowly. "I could," he said, "she's pretty good at nature magic, but earth magic is something that should be worked on."
He nodded, looking back. "I saw them."
"It depends," he said. "The bigger or heavier it is the more area It'll disturb."
He pursed his lips thoughtfully. "Yes, but it will disturb the ground around it."
"What kind of things to do you need?" he asked, closing the book as he looked up at him.
Zerras tilted his head curiously, looking through all the ideas for inventions. "This is really impressive."
He nodded slightly, waiting for him.
"Earth magic," he said warmly, "that includes metals and stuff."
He nodded, tilting his head. "Yeah. I might be able to use magic to make it work."
"It's good," he said, looking back. "We fixed the sprinklers and June suggested to talk to you about any more system ideas you had."
Zerras approached, maybe a little nervously. "Finneas?"
He went to the house, going to find Finneas.
He shot back a playful wink. "Love you too!"
