He looked down at her with a frown. "Sorry. The time I spend in the crypts weren't really good ones."
"Shower is a strong word," he said flatly, looking ahead. "It's was more like buckets of cold water."
"It started with a few people who helped overthrow me," he said with a small frown. "I don't remember well, honestly.'
"We will," he agreed, slowly relaxing. "It'll be good."
He nodded slowly. "I think so too."
They started walking again, the air brisk and cool in the morning.
He stood and took her hand. "I love you."
He started to pack up as well, dealing with he cans and fireplace.
He ate as well, relishing their proximity.
He kissed her cheek before pulling away. "Eat your food."
He pulled away after a moment. "I love you."
