He frowned slightly. "I'm sorry."
"A few days walking," he said. "Still pretty far."
He took her hand gently. "We can camp soon, if you want."
He looked back, kneeling down for her. "Did you sleep well?"
They were still walking but had made it past the mountain, once again in a more flat region.
They continued walking, heading back in the direction of Anthyria.
He shook his head slightly. "Just try to sleep, okay?"
"I think so," he said gently, walking down the mountain. "Thank you.'
He stood up again, continuing to walk. "I love you too."
He rolled his eyes before kneeling down. "Just get on."
"It's been so long," he admitted, "but I think so." After a moment he paused. "You must be tired. Do you want to ride on my back for a bit?"
They started walking back, Zerras holding her close.
He slipped an arm over her shoulder, kissing her cheek. "We don't have to. C'mon.'
"You healed me," he eased. "I'll he okay."
"I can carry you," he said easily. "You're light."
He grinned devilishly. "I know how to fly."
He nodded taking her hand with a small laugh. "Are you sure we shouldn't fly? It's a long way.'
He brushed her hair back. "It's alright. Don't worry."
He hugged her gently, a small smirk on his face. "I can fly now."
