He rolled his eyes slightly, shaking his head. "Whatever."
"No," he said stubbornly. "I was generally normal."
He squinted at her. "I was not emo before I was imprisoned."
He frowned. "That doesn't answer the question.."
He hesitated, looking confused but amused at her story. "What is.. emo?"
He rolled his eyes. "I'm a love interest too."
He rolled his eyes. "You're not gonna die."
They started walking, her hand in his. "Soon enough."
He nodded, slipping his bag on. "Yeah. You too?"
He nodded, standing up and packing up their things.
He kissed her temple before stretching. "Mm. Maybe."
He tilted his head slightly, sitting up. "We'll see."
