He got out some food. "I don't really burn at all. Would you start a fire?"
She gripped the wall, whipping her head around in a panic. She tried to focus, taking deep breaths.
He frowned, tilting his head. "That not good.. At least you don't burn much."
She paused, frowning slightly. She blinked, trying to clear her sight.
He went back over to the camp, picking out some food. "Do elves get sunburned?"
She laughed, kissing his cheek. "I'm gonna go put this book back." She started off to the shelves, her gaze looking around curiously.
He got in, cooling down momentarily before standing again and calling over to her. "Are you hungry?"
A small frown crossed her face. "I don't find you embarrassing at all. Why would you be embarrassing?"
He nodded slightly, going back into water.
She shook her head adamantly, shutting the book she was reading and standing up as well. "It's not."
He flushed slightly, but raised an eyebrow. "I'm gonna get in the water real quick."
She looked up at him. "Hm. No it's not."
He looked up at the sky. "I'm not sure. Maybe two hours?"
She laughed slightly. "Of course I do. I'm dating you."
"We fell asleep," he said with a yawn, getting up.
"I dunno," she said quietly. "I just... When I look at you that's what I think."
He slowly brushed it off before shifting, going to sit up and stretch a little.
She gave him a small smile, leaning back into her chair. "You're really good, Ben."
He watched her thoughtfully, his head tilted slightly as a thoughtful frown crossed his face.
"Hm," she murmured, looking up at him as she straightened his shirt. "I think it'll be okay."
