He frowned slightly, dropping his arm. "We should arrive by later this evening."
"Couldn't you just.. show me?" she asked helplessly. "I don't know what to do."
"It is very quick," he said agreeably. "I thought it might be, since you're smaller than me."
She nodded slightly, looking hesitant. "I.. I want to know how you feel. What you're thinking. About what happened and you being upset."
He laughed slightly, looking ahead again. "Just as I suspected."
She was quiet for the most part, but when she spoke her voice was small and quiet. "It's not too bad, right?"
He gently touched two of his fingers to the spot on her neck to feel, his gaze curious.
She nodded slightly, not moving. She was facing away from him, her brows furrowed nervously.
"I didn't know," he replied thoughtfully before looking down at her with a smirk. "Yours must go fast."
She nodded slowly. "Yeah. Should I keep still?"
He flushed slightly, looking down at her. "So?"
She relaxed slightly, hugging the pillow. "Hey, Ben.."
He pursed his lips with a small shrug. "It's just like that."
She looked over her shoulder nervously, as if making sure it was him.
It was steady, if not a little quick. He raised an eyebrow. "Can you, now?"
They had healed quicker, similar to cut over his eye. She woke slowly, and immediately tensed up.
"Kindness and ignorance are two different sources," he told her decisively.
She was asleep again, hugging the pillow with a worried face.
He shook his head slightly, looking ahead. "I think your sweetness came from the same place as kindness."
She watched him go, her brows furrowed.
