She laughed a little, leaning against him.

"No," she said warmly, laughing a little. "He just dislikes you."
He was waiting for her, his hood pulled up.
She nodded easily. "He doesn't hate you, at least."
He watched her go, standing patiently. These people were much friendlier towards her, and she got a room with ease.
She hesitated before shrugging. "I'm not really sure.. Okay?"
He didn't seem convinced at the idea, but nodded. "Okay."
She gave him a small smile. "Alright."
He nodded, reaching into his bag and offering her a few coins.
She shook her head. "I'll be okay. I'll just wait."
He seemed uncertain, saying nothing for a long time. When they approached the next Inn he spoke up. "Maybe you should go in alone.."
She gave him a small smile. "I'm glad we all made it out of there."
He looked down, a frown on his face. "It's probably because of me that it's like this... What I did.."
Her brows furrowed slightly. "I did..?'
He went quiet, his brows furrowed as they went to the next place.
"Exhilarated," she admitted, tipping her head back, "but tired."
