He was gone for a bit, finally coming out with wet hair.
She nodded slightly, kissing his cheek and pulling him close.
He frowned at her, but went to clean up anyways, closing the door behind him.
She took his face in her hands, watching him sleepily. She didn't say anything, keeping quiet.
He raised his eyebrows at her seriously. "I mean it."
He frowned. "I mean it, June. I'm going to shower, but after you're going to the bed."
She took his hand, kissing the back of it gently, coming to him.
"You're sleeping on the bed," he said plainly, his tone stubborn.
She nodded, looking over at him again. "I'm ready."
"No you won't," he said flatly, squinting at her.
She went quiet, doing the same after she finished.
He frowned at her, shaking his head. "No, it's fine. I have my own blanket and everything."
Cal seemed more reluctant, looking back down at her food. "Yeah.."
"There's only one bed," he said flatly. "You sleep on it."
She looked curious. "Hm.. Alright."
He frowned slightly, waving it off. "It's fine. I'll sleep on the floor."
"What's that?" she asked quietly, looking up at him.
It was quaint. Small, but useful. There was a bathroom, but only one bed.
She took her own plate, settling back with a sigh.
