The old woman looked ancient, her hair gray hair wild and eyes wide. "Why thank you, my dear." Zerras frowned. "What did you find?"
She got dresses quickly, peeking her head out of the room.
She was leaned back, her hands folded. Zerras looked over at her. "I don't think this is the place. Did you find anything?"
She took a shower, getting rid of the sewage smell and relaxing a little. Eventually she got out, going to get dressed.
He was at the counter asking the woman, who was now awake, if she knew anything about maps or hearthstones.
"Thank you," she said quietly, turning to go shower.
It seemed like a plain linen bag, but was relatively good quality and large.
She nodded, wringing her hands. "Okay. Thank you. If it's possible, could you let my friend Puck know I'm back? He's a guard."
It was blue glass with brownish liquid inside. It mostly smelt like cheap booze.
Her eyes were wide as she looked around, still shaking a bit.
It was golden ink. The tip of the pen didn't look used at all, even after she wrote with it.
She nodded slowly. "Okay. Where do I go?"
It almost looked like a Phoenix feather, and despite no bottle being around the tip had fresh ink on it.
She looked down at herself self consciously. "I can't take a shower first, or anything?"
It was still, once again a simple, silver bracelet that only looked like a snake.
"I'm sorry," she said feverishly. "I escaped through a sewer."
Once she picked it up it moved, slithering to wrap itself gently around her wrist before solidifying again. She would be able to take it off.
She was shaking, her eyes wide. She looked sad, but relieved to see someone. "Yes. Yes, that's me."
It was blank. The page had a slight golden shimmer.
She moved quickly, clearly getting hopeful at the prospect of going home.
