He grinned and obliged, leaning forward and kissing her deeply.
She gave him a small smile "I'm curious to see what you do with your own space."
He wrapped his arms around her. "I'm glad you agree," he said quietly.
She tilted her head slightly. "I'm just excited, is all."
He tilted his head. "I should be allowed to compliment you. I'm in love with you."
"It's not like I'll judge you or anything," she said, pulling her hand back.
He grinned. "Yes it does. Saying it doesn't isn't fair."
She offered her hand. "I'm sure it'll be fine."
He opened his eyes to look at her. "So?"
She was watching him adoringly. "No? Haven't had much time to decorate?"
He kept her close, shutting his eyes. "You're lovely."
"Neither did you," she replied indignantly. "Anyways.. Do you think I will be able to see your apartment?"
He raised an eyebrow at her. "Hm. Postponed works.."
She glared at him playfully. "Why am I a coward?"
He frowned slightly. "It's not?"
She hummed for a moment before deciding. "One blueberry scone and a vanilla latte."
He kissed her temple. "I'm glad too."
She didn't seem to notice, and looked up at him excitedly. "That's great, Fer."
