He nodded. "Yeah, I'll get a coffee."
She frowned. "Ferris, she can still finish schooling and she can still do something. She can be successful."
He squinted at the menu as well. "Just a turket sandwich."
Fleur pursed her lips. "There are other schools. Plenty of other schools that will do just as well."

He grinned at her. "Hm. Sounds good. Lead the way.'
Fleur frowned. "She can still attend schooling. Just.. maybe somewhere else. And you can both work."

Fleur frowned slightly. "Do you want to explain your plan?"
He huffed playfully. "Fair enough."
She rubbed his back before heading out into the main room.
"What if they're big rocks?" he asked, looking over at her.
"Hey," she said gently, leaning forward and kissing him for a moment. "It's okay. Even I think it's a good plan."
He looked back at her, squeezing her hand.
"Yeah," she said gently, kissing his cheek and standing up, offering her hand. "But she came up with a really good plan."
He nodded, going around to look for heavy rocks.
She reached up, her thumb brushing his cheek. "Alyssa and I were thinking of some plans. Do you wanna come hear us out?"
He looked over at her. "How should we do that? Rocks?"
"I know," she said gently, "but I care about you, so.. I don't think I can help it."
