"Then will you take me?" She asked, looking into his eyes with a passion. A passion that he'd never seen. One that had awoken and only he could now quell.
He looked deep into her eyes, "Y-yes, I'll do it." He said. He knew that she really wanted to do it, even he wanted to do it.
~Timeskip~ Quillina lay beside him, sweating and hugging him tighlty, "I-I love you so much Lightning.... I love you like nothing else that the world has to offer me."
Lightning hugged her back. "I also love you so much..." he said. He couldn't believe what the did, still he really enjoyed it. "I never felt like this, meeting you was the best thing that could ever happen to me."
"I-I wanna be your queen..." She whispered, laying her head against him as she pulled herself into his forehooves, "for her and ever...."
-Later- Quillina showered off and went to explore, smiling at the various sights. It made one feel small in the world.
Lightning went to her side after a while. "We will leave to the royal palace in a while." He said to her as soon as he arrived "Do you have everything ready?"
Lightning smiled at her. "Alright, I'll go back to the castle, you can look around for a while if you want. " he gave her a kiss and then walked away.
Quillina nodded and sat by the edge of a poll, looking into the water with a small smile, then sighing a bit. The refelction was her. IT was who she was. Yet who she was wasn't worthy of being queen. She wantedt o be his queen, not for the power, but so that she'd be with him. But whether she was worthy or not....
Lightning went back to the room. He got prepared his suitcases and ready to leave. From the room he could see Quillina, he stood there for a while, watching the love of his life.
She'd made love to the one whom she was almost certain she wanted to marry. She was in line to marry himi and become a princess. Yet she was an earth pony. A lowly earth pony at that. She knew how to write... and that was it. She sighed and looked down, a little upset and not sure what to think of herself.
Lightning steped away from the window. He looked to his belongings and found a gold ring with a diamond in it. He looked at it for a moment and said. "Soon..."
Quillina gave another sigh before slowly trotting over to the pool and letting herself slide in up to her neck. She simply floated there, letting her problems begin to wash away from her. The water surrounded her, claming her. IT was as though she was being taken into another realm, a realm of peace, love, and silence. A realm she enjoyed. A realm she never wanted to leave. Well, except for her stallion that is.
Lightning looked outside the window again, but this time hi didn't saw her. He felt nervous and hurried to where she was.
Quillina was laying face up in the pool. She let herself float, the only noise there was her own breathing. She was so wrapped up in her state she didn't hear Lightning coming in.
"Q-quillina..." he said worried as soon as he arrived, but then he saw her floating. He then just smiled and sat where he was, waiting for her.
Quillina gave a sigh when she heard her name, but ignored it. Slowly, she let hersef drift to the edge and bump it ever so gently. She climbed out and shook herself, throwing a towel over her wet fur, "Sorry..."
"It's ok..." he said "You looked so peacefull in there. If you want you can go in another while, mom and dad are still not finished."
