A day of darkness (Parsons)

The two came up to a huge cave entrance, yclept smiled at her & started heading in

 

"what is this?" Silent asked still following

 

"Jade's cave...", yclept replied softly, continuing on

 

"Jade?" Silent sounded confused "whos Jade?"

 

"a friend...", yclept whispers, going further, then the two came across, a green dragon, almost the size of the entrance, yclept rubbed her nose, light, making her wake up

 

Silent didn't speak

 

Jade grunts softly, then smiled at yclept,"morning broken....", she Saud softly, breathing in & exhaling smoke,"whos that?", she asks, pointing a claw at silent

"that's silent...", yclept said, smiling at jade then silent

 

Silent couldn't seem to speak

 

"its a pleasure...", jade said, smiling faintly

Yclept whispered something into jade's ear, then climb onto her back, reaching a hoof out to silent,"come on up..."

 

Silent does as he said still being quiet

 

Yclept helps her up & asks softly,"is something wrong?"

 

Silents voice was quiet "ive never seen a dragon"

 

"she's sweet, don't be scared...", yclept whispered, then said,"now hold on, tight..."

Jade started walking out of the cave

 

"o-okay" Silent was unsure about it

 

Jade waited, at the edge

"Tell me where your ready...", yclept says

 

Silent didn't want to talk at the moment

 

Yclept waited, watching her

 

"o-ok" Silent said quietly

 

"go...", yclept said to jade, smiling
