A day of darkness (Parsons)

"im fine" Silent said she closed her eyes still smilling

 

"if you ever are I'd happily grab you something...", he said with a smile

 

"im fine" Silent repeated

 

"i know, just saying i'll grab you food if you ever want some...", yclept said, then laid back

Silent looked around at everything then at him "why did you do this for me?"

 

"i don't know...", yclept says softly,"why not?, he asks, smiling at silent

 

Silent chuckled as she lay back next him

 

Yclept sighed happily, catching a crystal leaf that fell

 

Silent went off into imagination

 

Yclept looks at silent & smiles, watching her escape reality

 

Silents gazing eyes were filled with emptiness and fantasy at the same time

 

Yclept cocked his head & asked softly,"silent, is something wrong?", sitting up & looking into her eyes

(well there is a reason it called Day of Darkness)
Silent quickly sits up her eyes wide and her breathing rapid, "Something going to happen and its not good" she says quickly

 

Yclept perks up, keeping his head cocked,"what? How do you know?", he asks calmly

 

"In my mind... I forgot it but im sure it is bad" Silent was sounding uneasy

 

Yclept, looked slightly worried,"do you have any information on it?", he asks softly

 

"all I saw were the colors of fire..." Silent said slowly

 

"sh-should we alert some officials?", yclept asked, looking more worried
