A Last Stand at the End of the World

"C'mon, lets drop off these supplies." He said, heading back towards the base.

They eventually arrive at home and Breeze starts dropping off his looted supplies.

 

They head back out to scavenge some more, finding a jewelry store first, then a gun store. Sadly, the gun store seemed nearly dry of supplies.

 

He shows her a box of hunting rifle rounds with a grin, "Indeed I did."

 

"Come on, I think we've got enough, plus I have an idea." He says, holding up a slingshot.

 

"I'll show you when we get home." He says, heading back towards home.

 

They soon arrive at base and Breeze roots around and finds a baggie of razor blades, "Looted these out of that gas station shop. Now check it."

He uses the sling shot to fire a razor blade into the wall, the blade now stuck in the wall.

 

"Yup! Since we've only got so much ammo, this'll come in handy!" He said cheerfully

 

"So, what should we work on next?" He said, putting the blades and slingshot aside.

 

"Sounds good." He says, grabbing some scrap wood, a box of nails, and a couple hammers.

 

Breeze starts boarding up the windows.
