"Um, you feeling alright?"Snow asked, she remembered reading somewhere that some ponies seem to become happier the more stressed they are, "Is anything going on? Come tell me."
Dark Shine shook his head. "I'm fine... I'm gonna go to bed now..." Night looked back as Dark flew to his cloud, almost smiling. He was carrying a Poison Joke in his hooves. NIGHT TIME: There was a small light outside of Snows house, moving towards Dark Shine's house.
Snow had stayed up all night, even after Winter tried to get her to come to bed. As she stared out her window, she saw a small bobbing light. Not wanting to risk another embrassment like the night before, she activated her aura spell, eyes slipping into a deep purple and she started following the light.
The light as it were, was seeming to glow brighter. Before she knew it, the light vanished, then a light appeared inside of Dark's house.
Snow cursed, that would mean there's no way it was Dark Shine. She did a teleportation spell and appeared right above the light, falling on top of it.
Night hushed Snow, seeing that Dark was asleep in the room near them. "Follow me... Over here..." He motioned over to the kitchen, away from Dark.
Night looked around, making sure that Dark is asleep. "I have been told that somepony wants to steal the Pegasi amulet. So, since he was affected by his allergy to Poison Joke, I am standing guard while he sle-" He was stopped by a sound on the roof.
Dark was on top of Dark Shine's house, I really hope this doesn't turn out to be a giant waste of time, what's so important about this 'Dual Pegasus AMulet' anyways, she thought. She found a place to drop down inside, and landed right in front of a pair of very surprised looking eyes, which, in reflex, she punched.
"What are you doing!" Dark shot back, then she saw Snow, "And why are you here Snow?" "I'm helping guard the amulet." Snow whispered.
"I am Master Protector of the Capital Region civilian. The princesses assigned me to guard something called the Dual Pegasus Amulet, whatever that might be. Now enough chit chat. We've got to put this place on lockdown." Dark replied.
Night seemed shocked. "This is someponies house! And I know Dark, he may be a pacifist most of the time, but if he feels threatened you are in trouble. Trust me!"
Dark sighed, "I'm not here to hurt him. Once the Dual Pegasus Amulet is safe, I will be out of your mane."
Night shook his head. "I do beleive he is wearing the amulet at the moment. He would feel threa-" There was a slight groan. Dark Shine was getting up.
Dark had it easy hiding, she just found a really dark corner and covered her mane and closed her eyes, virtually disappearing. Snow looked around and settled on running out to the clouds that made up Dark Shine's home, casting a quick spell that would prevent her from falling though and then dived into the cloud.
Night simply teleported to the ground. "Nuh... Huh? Whos there? Show yourself!" Dark Shine picked up a pole from his bed and moved it around, sort of trying to show he would attack if he felt need to.
