(Yehhh...I shud prolly add a post limit) Delphinium marveled at the great hall of the castle. With the wedding tomorrow, everypony was working to deck it in the most beautiful of objects. Princess Cadence must be extremely important...even though he's never heard of her before. You'd think she'd be SOMEWHERE, being an alicorn and all. He wandered to the back and took a look out the window to marvel over the view. He'd never been allowed in here before, so he was making as much out of it as possible!
Dark was walking along with Dark Shine when several guards approached them, "Ma'm, we need you, the Elements of Harmony are on their way and we need to make sure the station is clear for them." Dark groaned and turned to Dark Shine, "It's been nice talking to you again, farewell." she said said before taking off for the train station.
Dark Shine waved a hoof after Dark. "See you." He then walked into the shop. After a few minutes he came out in a purple and gold-ish suit. His mane was combed back, out of his eyes and stylized so it did not look messy. He sighed. "Canterlot and their Ideals..."
After that event, Side decided to continue the journey and get those flowers. He trotted out of the Cafe and started looking for the florist.
Orangebolt decided to check up on his friend, Rainbow Dash who has practicing for a sonic rainboom, which she would perform after the couple said their vows. He flew over to a small are behind the castle where Rainbow Dash was practicing without any interruptions. "How's it going Dash?" Asked Orange "Oh, hey Orange! It's fine. I have to make this the best sonic rainboom ever!" Replied Dash
Dark followed Twilight Sparkle and Princess Mi Amore Cadenza as a remote guard as she went through checking preparations for the wedding.Though it was immediately obvious that Princess Cadenza was, off, shall we say, rude, Dark didn't know how this Princess's personality was supposed to be like, but through the looks Twilight gave her, this probably wasn't how she normally acted. After they finished going through the checking, Dark approached Twilight. "Excuse me Ms. Sparkle, before I leave my position as your guard for the time, I must ask, what is going on with you and Princess Cadenze." Dark asked as polite yet neutral as possible. "I don't know, she's just different!I remember her as Equestria's best foal-sitter and one of the nicest ponies I knew, but now well..." she looked forlorn. Dark put a hoof on Twilight's shoulder, "Don't worry about it too much, that's about as much advice as I can give right now, so have a good night and see you at the rehearsal tomorrow." Dark said. "Yea, ok." Twilight said before trudging off. Hm, this isn't like the Twilight I know from Ponyville, maybe that being in that town really is best for her, Dark thought before taking off, she had to check the other five elements before she would be relieved, and she wanted nothing more than to collapse on her bed.
Dark Shine looked down at his list. -get suit. check - gather flowers for after the wedding to give to sisters and father. check -find details about the wedding. not check. So after thinking for a bit, Dark decided to find a place to stay. After all, he cant stay in the streets. Guards would likley kick him out of Canterlot or something.
A guard approached Iron at the train station, "There aren't going to be anymore trains coming by today, you and the other guards can head back to your bunks." Blade turned to the guards at the station and relayed the news, then he made his way to the castle to get back to his room.
Dark had blown through her remaining rounds and last checks in record time, and was finding her way through the streets to give her wings a break. Dark passed by a soldier she recognized, he was one of the most experienced among their ranks, "Greetings, soldier." she said nodding in greeting.
"Dusk is approaching," says Rashall watching Dark and Iron chatting, "If only they understood us," he adds sighing. "If they understood us then we wouldn't be such a mystery," says Nether Wisp landing besides him. Rashall gave a chuckle, if the eldar remained a mystery to Equestria all the better.
Ok, got the suit, got the flowers, now to wherever Fluttershy is. She had told him she would be in the garden training the birds for the wedding. To sing, that is.
"Look, I'm assigning you to Princess' Cadenza's guard for now, so report to the captain of her guard by tomorrow, got it?" Dark said.
Rashall had dropped down from the roof top with Nether Wisp the two of them had decided to stay in the shadows Rhinestar and Emerald where on the other side of the buildins keepin they're escape route open. Rashall took a deep breath and walked out into the street looking, he thought he had sensed something here, then agian.
As the two made their way down the street, Dark suddenly quiped, "I find it ironic that Shining Armor is going to be captain of his own protection guard."
