judge: i'm affriad i'm going to have to agree with the prosecution here does the defense have any evidence sopporting his fact (to bad you didn't get a affidavite from her and when you say hold it you don't have to copy what she said in order to the statement you want to get just type the statement in it instead)
judge: think carfully next time on your questions if that where an objection you would have gotten your self a penalty may the witness continue her testimony
