Shrugging, she stopped beside Facia. "You're right, of course. It must be important. But afterwards, we investigate?" She gave her a hopeful smile.
PERFECT MELODY: Melody looked over at her team. "What is it Zephyr? Cant we just take the book?" She sighed. Items. Not her thing but a team is a team...
Spoiler: Group One Reading over the fallen paper: "I feel I have failed. This place is far too confusing for just one pony to accomplish, and so the master must know! I left the front door unlocked, at least, but there are different puzzles beyond here. To the left there were some strange singing crystals that I couldn't figure out at all! The next was floor tiles that would change color as I trotted on them. I'm pretty sure there's a pattern needed, but I've tried making it solid color for four different color phases, and nothing worked. Then to the far right was a sort of mechanism that worked like a padlock. I tried picking it, and it opened a gate, but the gate would close before I could get there. I'm just not fast enough on my hooves. After writing this message, I heard the master was sending new agents in. So I bid you good luck, and hope you get through here before the other contender gets here. If you need help, I'll be at the Greystone Manor Inn, the name is Pickpear. Geez, okay, if you get this, grats with the guards. Take care!" Spoiler: Group 2 Turning to take a tactical retreat, Throw and Arc notice the two blobs make a curious dash back into the cavern. After a far dash, they hook around again like they are about to charge another time. That's the best cue to run, and so the group takes it! Firebolt grabs up Silver and flies out into the darkness alongside Throw Down and Arc Gust. Her only comment was that which was on everyone's mind; "What WERE those things?! Ugh, persistant and... shocking. Let's find someplace that's not a cave for the night." Just as she finished saying that, the rolling sound of thunder in the distance erupted for everypony to hear. Spoiler: Group Three Robin Hoof was more a mercenary hireling rather than an agent for Eight Star. They didn't always see eye to eye, but Robin always got something from Eight Star that the crimson unicorn would deliver directly to the poorhomes and orphanages of Robin's choosing. However, this time it was about acquisition. In his letter, Eight Star claimed that the Trottenheim Manor needed to be seized for his cause due to the corrupt nature of the ponies who took it, and the resting evil underneath which they could inadvertently awaken. The deed was all Eight Star needed, and when the place was acquired, it could be used as a home base for the agents for a while until the next mission came up. However, the agents he was supposed to meet, Masquerade and LoveStar, were not at the main meeting spot. It wasn't long, however, until Robin Hoof found Masquerade, (the easiest pony to spot ever,) mulling over getting a room at the Inn with LoveStar.
BOOOMM!!!! Rumblerumblerumblerumble... Silver jerked awake, almost falling out of Firebolt's hooves. "What?? Whaszat? Not that dumb shelf again! Why does it always..." He looked around himself, taking in his surroundings. "Uhhhhhhhhnnn...what happened...?"
Robin slung his bow on his back after seeing masquerade. "your masquerade right, I believe you've got some important information for me regarding the meeting"
(Hey guys I have lost internet connection stupid bill and I'm back so Idk if I'm still in just tell me thanks!)
(I had been in group three with LoveStar, but he/she had lost internet connection, and now... Better ask Eight-star!)
(This is not the OOC discussion thread. If you're not making an RP post, please do not make it here. Thank you.) Group Four Grey Mane's astute sense of perception allows her to notice a section of disrubed webbing near the ceiling, and a series of dry-blow wall spots down the hall. This suggests that a pegasus has been here already, and recently. Or may yet be here.
Facia trotted back and forth, somewhat impatiently. "When will she be here? Eight Star said she would be here...Eight Star is never wrong! Where is she?!" Absently, she kicked at a pebble or two lying on the ground.
Ultra gazed longingly at the ruin's entrance. She sighed and slumped her shoulders. "I don't know, but I'm sure that we aren't supposed to sit on our rumps and wait around forever." She paced anxiously, her blue-green gaze switching back and forth from the azure sky and the foreboding ruins.
((Saul I guess it's just us two just continue from this)) Robin waited for the reply off masquerade but could not see love. "another thing what happened to love. I can't see her with you."
"Really? In those ruins?" Facia frowned. "Who would wanna go in those creepy old things? Especially alone!"
"Oh good..." Arc said as he comes to a defeated halt, coughing quietly. He speaks between bouts of coughs. "Boy-Scout's still in the land of the living. So, no one's got any clue what just happened there? I was expecting bears, not demon gas jellies." He hacks into the ground, his legs wobbling slightly as his body convulses. Once finished, he draws in more of the fresh air before shaking his head free of any ice that formed while passing through the barrier. "Gents, where to?"
"What? Demon gas jellies? Huh?" Silver was a mite confused. Was he referring to the jelly things that were spouting gas? They hadn't struck him as very demonic. "Okay seriously, what happened while I was out?"
