A lonesome Pegasus walked across the dusty plains that was formerly Equestria, a wasteland that once held promise and joy to millions of ponies were now gone. The wind picked up and pushed against her dusty brown cloak, her face hidden to prevent any dust from entering her heavenly blue eyes, the sun brightly shining down on the desert around her. The wasteland she traveled upon was a harsh place, skyscrapers that went high out of the ground after being buried in sand and dust. Many have died trying to make a life up there... That was why this mare left. She had a newfound freedom in the skies above her, having been one of the fastest flyers in Equestria. She was perhaps the fastest pegasus of all-time, a total speed-demon in every sense of the word. She lived above the ground, having left a life of isolation from below the surface despite her young age.
"Y-you found it?!" Darky said astonished. He quickly went to his house, took another bag that had his sword and shield and went back tot he hole. "I- I'm going! Wait for me!" Darky yelled. The hole she made was too small for him, he sighed "I don't want to do this, but I have no other choice." Darky said. He made a transformation spell on himself making him look like a small alicorn colt temporary. He just looked so adorable, that many ponies sighed of how adorable he looked, even other just wanted to pet him or hug him. He entered the hole and went with her.
(I should have mentioned his appearance -_-) BladeRunner had his Wastelander suit on, a leather like armor built more into an outfit that would protect his body from certain chemicals and dust and dirt. He had on a gas mask that would filter in oxygen and protect his head from chemicals, dust, dirt, smoke, debris, etc. He made it back to the house, sighing in relief that it was left locked and untouched. No one could see the inside because the windows were sealed off with thick metal. They can be raised like blinds, however for regular ponies it would take hours to raise about half of them. BladeRunner took off again, going back to the hole with a machete at his side, just for protection. "awww....you look so cute Darky!" she giggled at his adorable appearance. "I can't believe this is the surface...i thought it would be more...colorful." she looked around,slightly depressed since it was nothing like what she imagined. she started walking in one directipn until she saw what seemed like a pegasus pony in a cloak and she ran up to her. "so there are other ponies who found the surface too?nice! but...excuse me ma'am...but is this really the surface?it isn't like what i imagined." she looked at her questionably.
Darky exited the hole and went with her. In his new apperance he looked smaller than her. "I was expecting the surface to be more... full of life or something." Darky said in a quite cute voice. "Is this my voice?!" He said surprised, then he sighed.
Echo finally had begun to find a small tunnel to the surface. He knew what it ooked like, though if it was worth going was another thing. Suddenly, he heard the flapping of wings. He popped his head out onto the surface, putting his gas mask on. He jumped out and saw a pegasus. ""Hello?!" (Crim, would you mind interacting with him?)
BladeRunner had walked back, but hid behind a large rock, seeing more of them. One of the ponies he had seen before, a wastelander no doubt. He lived off of the country itself, finding it hard, and easy somewhat, but he stayed cautious of anything that came his way. he held the machete, carefully inspecting the few from a distance, Ginko did the same, holding a small metal knife in her mouth.
Lunar sat in what was left of the former Canterlot Palace. "They all died." He said sadly as tears coated his checks. "Aunt Celestia, Mother Luna, Brother, My Beloved Shattered Dreams. All dead, and I was powerless to save them." He was crying now. "No more tears." He said as he forced to stop crying. "The time to rebuild Equestria has come." He stood up and left the remains of the castle as he planned to apologize to his cousin Leviathan as together they could possibly rebuild Equestria. sent from my phone using Taptalk 2
Darky saw that there was another pony in there and went with him. "Hi there!" He said cheerfully to Echo. The transformation spell he did to himself was making him act as a little colt yet quite cute. "You are a bat pony aren't you?" He started questioning him "I hadn't seen one in about... ehmm... almost a century!"
The pegasus noticed the other pony that just poked its head out of the ground. Curious on what it was doing there, she went over to him. "Hello..." A feminine voice responded, before noticing the pony was stuck in the ground. "Need some help?"
Echo struggled a little bit, "Please, thank you!" He hissed a little, "Gah my wings... I hate tunnesl!" He used her hoof to pull himself up. He smiled a little, "Thank you, I'm Echo Location."
"Ocean Wave" The pegasus responded to him, taking the hood off to reveal a pretty mare with a blonde mane and blue coat, alongside really attractive blue eyes.
Echo blushed a little, smothening his bat pony form. He looked a bit dirty, which embaressed him. He smiled, "I'm happy to meet you, Ocean Wave. ( i thought it became obvious Sapphire was trying to talk to Ocean but apparantly not.) But the pony Sapphire was trying to talk with was a pony...WAS. but once it lifted up its head the only thing Sapphire saw was a rotted face of a pony that continued looking down at her. "uhh...on second thought i don't want to know..." she turned around and bolted away but looked back to see the dead pony chase her. "AAAGGGGGGGHHH!" she continued running not paying attention to her surroundings until she tripped over a small pickaxe which she then immdeiately pulled out from the ground and then out of self defense started stabbing the dead pony repeatedly in the head and when she made sure it was dead,dead she dropped the pickaxe and noticed she was covered in zombie blood then like any young pony who almost got killed and scared ****less her eyes started to tear up and then before she started to cry she looked around and noticed she wasn't with anypony at the moment then she started bawling like any sensible scared filly. "AHHHHHHH!WAAAAH!EHHHHH!" ​she even threw in a loud scream just to make sure ponies heard her.
"Hey!!! I'm right here!!!" Darky started jumping around so both Ocean and Echo noticed him, acting completely as a colt. "Am I that little?" After a moment he gently glowed and went back to his true self. He sighed "Finally..." he said. He then heard Sapphire screaming. "Sapphire!!!" He yelled and went to her aid.
On the surface, in the place where Cloudsdale collapsed to the ground, was a pegasus mare in a tattered, hooded cloak. She had a washed-out cyan coat, magenta irises, and other than her mane and tail, which were grey, with the occassional streak of color here and there, she showed no signs of age, which was odd, considering the fact that she was over 700 years old. She was the only one who lived on the surface to her knowledge, as everypony else either died or went underground. This was not helped by the fact that she had somehow become immortal. Suddenly, she picked up voices, which seemingly had been carried for miles. The day has come, thought the mare, Ponykind is returning to the surface. She took off into the air, following the direction of the voices.
"Not really, there are a f-" Ocean started but suddenly stopped as Sapphire appeared, followed by Darky.
she spotted the ponies and instantly stopped. she was a bit depressed Darky wasn't a kid anymore but she could deal with it. then she threw her fore legs around darky's left fore leg but still comletely aware she was covered in Zombie blood. "Darky...i'm scared..." she pointed to the dead pony that was now permanently dead with a giant hole in their forehead bleeding.
Darky rushed to where Sapphire was and hugged her, he was not going to lose her. "Are you alright?!" He asked worried ,but then he saw the... thing she killed "What is that thing?!" He said surprised
