Thats a hard question... I did always have Rainbow Dash as a favorite since the first episode, but I've started to like many of the other characters later. I liked Twilight since the start, but it wasn't until I re-watched some of the season 1 episodes I really started to like her! And I have really started to like Rarity in season 2! She was one of the characters that disturbed for me a little in the beginning, but I don't feel like that anymore. She is very close to be my favorite now! And how couldn't I understand the awesomness of Pinkie Pie until later?! Now I really have a hard time to chose if Pinkie Pie or Rainbow Dash is my favorite... >:
I like all the Mane 6 and some non-Mane 6 ponies but, my absolute favorite pony is Applejack. I love AJ.
Fluttershy from the very first scene I ever saw. It was when she had the deep voice too, but she was too adorable to ignore.
Started with Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy. Then now it's become Rainbow Dash and Twilight Sparkle. :Trollestia:
Rainbow Dash has remained a consistent favorite of mine ever since I watched the very first episode. I feel like they have been making her a bit more obnoxious in the second season, but they've been doing the same for a few of the other mane 6. The rest of the mane 6 has shifted about in terms of favorites throughout the show, though.
RBD was my favorite before I became a Brony, with Twilight Sparkle being my favorite. Now however Fluttershy is my favorite, Twilight is still #2 and RBD dropped to #3. Actually it isn't that I like RBD any less, it's just that I came to like the other two more.
Luna's always been my favourite but out of the mane 6 it went Rainbow Dash-> Fluttershy -> Pinkie Pie
Out of the mane six, I always thought that Rainbow and Fluttershy were best ponies. Now I love them all equally, so technically they are still best pony for me.
It was Fluttershy, then in the build-up to nightmare night it was Luna, then after nightmare night it was back to Fluttershy, Then i read My Little Dashie and it became Rainbowdash. Fluttershy is still my favourite canon pony though.
I liked Applejack from the start, but it took me sometime to realize that she was my favorite. Because I also liked Twilight.
I have consistent favorites for different moods. When I want to laugh, I like Rarity. When I'm sad and sentimental, I like Luna. When I'm sentimental in a happier, more nostalgic way, I like Fluttershy. When I'm energetic, I prefer Trixie. That's all the variation I really suffer.
I started off liking Rarity, even from the start. So much in fact that I named my car after her. I then started liking Fluttershy, but by season 2 I was absolutely enamored with Rarity once again with Fluttershy as a second choice.
My favorite of all the background ponies: Pip, I miss him so much. He was so cute. Of the mane six, Fluttershy, I love Fluttershy focused episode a lot more than other episodes.
My favorite has always been Dashie, and I don't think that's gonna change. Fluttershy and AJ are both tied for second, and I don't really have favorites after that.
