And for insult to injury for Romney, I'm pretty sure my state will end up blue.

iHasta luego, America! Congrats on becoming the latest addition to the Third World!

And congratulations Michelle Obama! You get to continue your jet-setting lifestyle! Lobster and high-rises all the way through, lass. Because you're ENTITLED! [IMG]

    And Romney's any better?

And I guess you don't know the meaning of 'third-world nation'.

But I wish not to get involved in an arguement with you, at least you got the 'See you later' in spanish part right.

mitt romney lost to john mcain in 2008, his father george lost to nixon for the republican president nomination in 1968 and his mother Lenore lost a U.S senate rzace in 1970. so failure does run in the family.

    Actually, yes.

Though I prefer it this way. Better to put the country out of it's misery now than let it suffer a slower demise at the hands of slightly-less-incompetent leadership.

Unfortunately I think that will take a while anywhere. When you're just targeting problems within your local area, it isn't so bad, but depending upon how big/developed your country is, the harder it is to get the majority on your side. That's the stupid part of politics, all the political parties should be working together towards one common goal, but greed corrupts some of the senators in America, and MPs here in Britain, which means that there will not be compromise for a long time until everyone values human life over money.

As they should do, but don't.

Ahhh it did me good to watch that. Thank you Dragon. At first I was laughing a lot, but then I agreed with everything she said when she got serious.

I am glad that Obama won, not just cause I like Obama and think that he is doing a good job (not the best, but decent enough at least), but I despise Mitt Romney and basically the whole GOP faction. Romney would have turned this country to the toilet and I am glad he wasn't able to. But I am even more glad that all that political talk is over for a while. Now I don't have to be bogged down with politics (one of the things I hate to discuss with people, following religion).

Maddow is the only commentator currently on TV I bother to watch. Her intelligent, academic analyses of the political sphere are simply a delight to watch.

Rachel Maddow is probably easily my favorite political pundit. I also like the others from MSNBC like Al Sharpton, Lawrence O'Donnald, Chris Matthews, and Ed from the Ed Show. On CNN, I like Anderson Cooper, as far as others, I really like Jon Stewart and Bill Maher. The ONLY right-wing one I like is Glenn Beck and that's just because he is a fellow Libertarian and is a Seattleite.
