The dark violet of the midnight in her room washed over her. She let loose an aggravated groan and shifted her eyes from the photograph, only capable of being made out as an outline. Her blonde mane moved with her as she lifted herself onto her hooves. Pain was welling up inside again, and she searched desperately for the answer inside of herself. Her golden gaze crippled to the floor, and her sorrow was rising. For the last few days, she was nursing this...feeling... she had thought once shoved into the reaches, forgotten. Was it her own fault for the urges? Was it her fault for her heart to feel empty...? No, it couldn't be... She had asked Twilight about this sensation before, but the lavender pony had only offered a scientific explanation. Something about a thing called dopamine and nor-epinephrine. Not a response that was exactly capable of grasping Ditzy's understanding.
    "Doctor...."
A sensation ran into Ditzy's chest. A pressure, beckoning her to speak to the chestnut stallion from another dimension. A frothing feeling of pleasure thudded in her hammering heart. A smile wriggled it's way upon her lips. She blushed deeply. It's been way too long for this... She had to tell her Doctor. She wanted to...She NEEDED to. She needed to know if he felt the same.
    Thud...Thud....thud....
She concentrated on her heart. Could she possibly control it? She knew that he could most definitely tell if it were working like a mallet on an anvil. Her slight blush was proof enough that there was a situation, but he was a Doctor, how couldn't he know something was a matter.
"Ditzy Doo?" Said Doctor, sneaking through her house. Ditzy's eyes widened, and had little time to react. She heard his hoofs clip clop up her staircase, and she jammed the picture back into the pillowcase. She switched on her lantern, which offered a brilliant glow across the room.
"Y-yes Doctor?" Said Ditzy, eyes shifting, as the time traveler nudged the door open. he had stared at her.
    Thud....Thud...thud...
She gazed into the Doctor's aquamarine blue eyes. Her haunches radiated much resembling the way that her face was right now. Except that her face, as a matter of fact, was able to be noted. It was bright red.
The Doctor's sudden appearance had been the shower that had put a damper on her resolve. The task at hoof could wait. Couldn't it?
"Ditzy, what's wrong?" Asked the neatly groomed Doctor, his tone bordering upon concern. He maneuvered himself to get closer to the young mare. The thick veil of light emanating from the lantern hanging from the roof glowed across the room, and as the Doctor happened to stand before Ditzy, gave him a celestial outer lining. His voice during his sentence just moments ago had soothed her. It always had, always would.
    "Y-yeah Doctor...Just...a b-bad muffin. Nothing's wrong."
"Well, that's peculiar. I guess even an equine can get alil sick. But why is your face so red? it seems...."
The Doctor shut his lips for the moment as he attempted to discover what was the problem. Ditzy's feelings were growing larger as she took in the site of him. He was so glorious. She couldn't help but tremble as she gazed at him. Those eyes she always loved illuminated the place like search lights in the darkest part of her memory.
She hadn't lived a life. She had lived a nightmare. Everyone staring with those condescending eyes....her mother leaving her in the Everfree forest with only a bottle of bubbles, a bubble rod, and her favorite doll Miss Sweetie, and her dad dying in the middle of her teenage years. Everything about her thoughts terribly depressed the mare. Life had treated the pony with only misfortune. Until now of course..
    She had the Doctor.
A caramel stallion, not the biggest, but definitely a fine tuned creature for her sight of perfection. He had a set of eyes that could makes the stars themselves envy their beauty. His body was set with a fine coat, well groomed naturally and soft. His mind was a fantastic array of brilliance, brought about from who knows how many years of experience. Plus, he was so sweet...Her wings lifted in sensual delight. She couldn't control it. And the worst part is, the Doctor had spent hours studying books on Pegasus and Unicorn anatomy in Twilight's library. Each day he academically opened his mind for countless amounts of time. He knew.
    "D-Ditzy.. I...Uhm... I'm s-s...sorry....?"
She had been found out, she was certain. Ditzy had to force herself. She had known him for about a year by this point, and her love was too garish to ignore. For her and the Doctor both that was true. They had awkward moments before, but never mentioned the feeling she was sure she was feeling.
    She had to show him.
For a moment she thought she had just crashed all amounts of friendship they had. Her lips pressed to his own in a fit of passion, close to borderline immaculate, which danced wildly about like an inferno as her tongue teased the tip of his own.
Doubt began to provide it's way inside of her. Did she go to far?
Before she could even finish that thought, the Doctor, in a completely sincere action, began to trot his own tongue above the gray mare. He...was enjoying this? A supernova of bliss burst inside of her chest.
    "D-Doctor..."
    "My assistant...."
"I...w-wanted to tell you something for such a long time..."
    "I know..."
    "I love you."
They both spoke those three words in unison. Both faces were flushed now, and they gazed towards eachother. What should they do with this sensation now?

This looks very nice! However, there are a couple things I would like to point out.

    1. This belongs in Everypony.com's fanfiction section. If you've already posted it there, that's great, and if not, you an go there and post it in the appropriate section. If you do, you can ask a moderator to delete this thread. It might also be simpler for said moderator to move it to the fanfiction section, but I'm not sure.

    2. From what I've heard, the moderators don't necessarily like it when you link to stories off of the site, so I would remove that link in the post. It's a bummer, I know, but I think it might be okay if you put the link in your signature, with some text that says something like "Hey, this is my deviantART page". I think that would be okay (as long as it's not for profit), but I'm not sure. Again, it would be best to ask a moderator.

    3. This is just a little point, but you're going to find it useful if you're posting fanfiction anywhere on the the internet. Make sure to have proper spacing between lines. Add an extra space between paragraphs. I did this a little when I quoted your post, just so you could see how much cleaner, nicer, and easier to read it is. Good spacing contributes positively to a good written work.
