Location: Northeastern Forest Rashall moves on, leaving a confused Ticktock to wonder what it was they just saw. As Rashall moves on, the young Timberwolf springs down on its prey, killing the creature with the force of its wooden paws. Deeper inside the forest, the sky begins to become obscured by the tree's, what rays of sunshine there were slowly dissapearing. However, up ahead you can see a sea-green mist hanging amidst the trees, giving the path ahead a sense of being almost too natural to be natural (In other words...Wait for it...SUPER-natural). You get the feeling that you must investigate the mist ahead, but at the same time feel a force subconsciously warning you away from the place. (And just to clarify, this Mist is for both TickTock and Rashall) Location: Pegasi Tent's Commander Hurricane was both taken aback and impressed with this mare. "You mean that you used that to defeat a dragon? I must say, you impress me more by the minute Inferno. Though it does look like we will need to cover elemental attunement at some point, can't have you trying to burn a Pyrecat after all. However, i must deny you the use of your tinder for this training, for the purposes of this training, I will be providing you with your weapons and conditions. Now are you ready?"
The unicorn messagers had been sent out the moment the First Lowering ended, off to tell the other camps of the extradimary event that had occurred. The one to the pegasi camp reached his destination first, this was the exchange at the gate, "Stop unicorn, why do you wish to enter the pegasi camp?!" the guard called. The unicorn took a few deep breaths to regain his breathing and allow him to talk, "In our camp, the most extraordinary thing that affects us all just happen, a singular mare lowered the sun to make room for the night." the guard was unconvinced, "That is a job that usually takes about ten unicorns! I need to speak with your Commander about this!" the unicorn pleaded. The guard rolled his eyes, "Fine, I'll take you to Commander Huricane, as in I will escort you there to make sure that you don't do anything funny, got it?" unicorn nodded, "Of course." then the gate opened to him.
Snow woke up, finding herself in her tent on her bed, How did I get here, She thought, before seeing her sister Rena sitting next to her bed, "Oh, your awake!" she exclaimed in shock, "We almost lost you for a second there sister, you really outdid yourself literally this time. You really took the sun down?" Snow nodded weakly, "I will get elected president Rena, nopony else can be trusted enough. I had to." The unicorn messenger walked into Commander Hurricane's tent, to see him talking with another blue pegasus, "Excuse me, I want to tell you of something that just happened at our camp that affects us all. I know you don't trust us, but hear me out please. And the name's Tremalion."
Hibiscus could only watch as the mare' questions appeared like poison joke on a pony. This pegasus is insane... he thought sullenly. "Umm...okay. I can answer the first and third questions respectively. I'm making cider to replace the ration you drank and knocked yourself out with. You appear to have been passed out in my tent ever since. To answer your second question, we have a small council made up of a combination of earth, pegasus, and unicorns. I was on this council back in the Land of the Windigos, but resigned when we moved to Equestria. I'm getting too old to be involved in affairs such as that." He paused as he considered her fourth question, just realizing what she had said. "I'm sorry, I don't understand; who is Princess Celestia? We're not a monarchy, where would a princess be coming from?"
TickTock stands bewildered a moment, then stares into the "super-natural" mist. She blinks a few times, and forces her glasses higher up on her face. "Am I really seeing that...or is it an illusion?" TickTock stared, wanting to go into the mist, but conflicted, her anxiety and a nagging feeling at the back of her skull told her to stay away. "Stop being such a coward, Ticker...." She stared into the mist awhile longer before trotting into it.
"..." Iris stop and think carefully about the possibility about the existence of 'Princess Celestia' "Isn't..?" She not here... Not this era? How couldn't that be? She gone silent for quite a while. Until, she look down on her hoof and notice the shadow is suddenly moving. She look at the windows, the sun gone down... rapidly.. and unusually. She smile... She is somepony else.. Iris turn back to Hibiscus and say "Thank for giving me precious information, Hibiscus." She grab the Lemon Drop's cider recipe and then examine it. She smile... She handed back to Hibiscus and say "As my thank, put this recipe next to fire but don't burn it. The answer that you waiting shall appear." She point out on the recipe page "The cook name is Lemon Drop right? The key point is written by Invisible Ink In other word, it is written by Lemon Juice. Lemon Juice shall turn black when it burn and the answer will appear." I'm better to leave now... I can't stay here for any longer... Smell of Cider is draining my thought... "Am I made myself clear?"She give him mischievous smile. "Well, leave it to you then. Good luck my friend. See you next time..." Iris walk out from Hibiscus's tent and walk toward to the northeast forest. She leave him alone with his cider puzzle. I already give him enough hints. I hope he can figure out the rest......... Anyway... She shook her head and think... The prophecy was right! Celestia is here somewhere in Equestria...
Next to the fire? Hibiscus wondered. The mare had a point, though. Picking up a bit of hay, he walked out front of his tent and started it with a flint. Following her instructions, he singed the paper just enough to cause small marks to show up. When he was finished, he stomped out the fire and looked at the paper. Hibiscus's swearing could be heard for miles. With the new part of the recipe, Hibiscus went off to find the earth pony in the camp with the strongest ties to their heritage. How was he supposed to know that you had to use earth pony magic to ferment the apples in a couple of hours!?
"I'm sure I heard somepony raging from distance" She grasp "but never mind. I have more important things to do." She keep on walking until she find... "Here we are, Northeast-Forest!" Then she read her quest journal "Let see... Eliminate the timberwolves threat and collect the wood for the Equestria... Will do! I already waste to much time on those cider stuff. I can leave Celestia's case for now. I built myself strong is more important!" She hold her cleaver tightly and on fully guard. She walking slowly deep into the forest. Once she step into this forest, she notice somethings watching her since. She experience these kind of things for her entire life, the fact that someone watching her from distance. I always been like this, but this case is different. It just a forest creature... "Hee he... I knew it! Show yourself and make it happen!" My Cleaver is ready! Nightsight active "You poor little kitten!!" She smile...
Location: Pegasi Tents Hurricane's heart lurched as he heard those words. What could the unicorns have done this time? Was it possible they had already managed to win power over all the other races? Or...This one seemed different, perhaps the unicorns didn't trust that one at the summit as much as they had seemed to. Hurricane turned his attention away from Inferno with a "One minute please." before addressing Tremalion. "So what is it that's happened this time?" Location: Northeastern Forest (Mist) (TickTock) As you delve deeper into the mists, the trees begin to press in around you, feeling as if they are almost leaning towards you. You soon find yourself having to squeeze past the trees to move forward, though you were sure that they didn't seem so close when you went to move between them. You're nerves see the best of you and you look back, only to see that the path you took is now blocked, the tree's seeming to have moved into your path. Panicking, you rush forwards through the mist, hoping to get away from it before the trees close in on you. Suddenly, You break through into a clearing. Looking up you see that the sky is misted over with the same green mist, but an etheral light hangs over the clearing regardless, illuminating three large pools of water, one of which appears to be quite hot by the steam rising up from it. Looking behind you, you notice that the path you took has re-opened, the trees no longer blocking your way...though you're not too sure if you can trust them for a journey back. New Location Discovered: Mystic Springs
"My sister, Snow Celestial Mark, the one that's responsible for this republic that's coming up, managed to lower the sun, by herself." Tremalion said, "She is a loved/hated figure in the unicorns, and what she has done will only help her. I am probably the only unicorn that knows that she probably has an ulterior motion. I've know her far too long to think that she won't do whatever she can to seize as much power as possible, she already basically rules the unicorns."
Location: Pegasi tents "So basically, what you're asking for is a sort of alliance, not between the Unicorns and the Pegasi, but rather between the two of us against Snow? hmm...very well then, don't expect me to put too much trust in you. No offence, but you're pretty much stabbing your sister in the back here, which isn't going to win you a lot of allies, but as long as we're both in agreement that she's the enemy." Hurricane paused for a moment, almost indistinguishable. "Then the enemy of my enemy is my friend."
"Well, we've never been…close as you can say. I just want to make sure that she doesn't do anything to harm the Republic, which honestly, is a great idea, but well, just from what I know of her, she will do whatever she can to get power. And she is working on some spell, I don't know what exactly, but whatever it is, it is really powerful. I tried to warn the royalty, but they have about as much respect now as a latrine cleaner among the unicorns. Heck, I bet by the time I come back to the Unicorn Camp, the unicorns would have already overthrown King Goldmine in favor of my sister." Tremalion said, "You have respect among the pegasi still right? At least among the military?"
Location: Pegasi Tents "Don't worry, between me and Pansy everything is under command. She's basically our civilian relations connection, and she still ultimately obeys my orders, even if she's got her head in the clouds when it comes to her fantasies of peace. Now that i think about it that's probably what makes her so popular with them, but I know that as long as ponies exist, there will be war. Whether its with each other, or some other species, though i dread the day we must fight dragon's. It's the military's job to make sure that we come out on top. Even though you unicorns are a lot more about scheming, you understand the basis of it too, the need to end up at the top when everythings said and done." Hurricane pauses before continuing in a querying, yet almost accusational tone. "So what do you want to be coming out on top of here? Why is it so important to you that your sister is stopped? Not that i don't agree with it, I hate her more than anypony about now. Her little republic idea crippled the Pegasi's respect for me. I'm just glad that Pansy is well...Pansy, otherwise i don't think I would have been able to maintain my position. So you've got the Pegasi on your side if that's what you were asking. But what is it about your sister that's got you so worried, wouldn't any other unicorn be just as bad?"
Tremalion simply smiled and shook his head, chuckling slightly, "My sister is the most cunning, charismatic, devious, and magically gifted unicorn in the whole dang camp. And due to our father, she's relatively popular in the earth ponies. I've seen her sway huge crowds with a single word, I've watched as she undermined Goldmine's authority and virtually placed herself in charge of the unicorns in all but name. If it wasn't for that, I wouldn't be here. If I knew all she truly wanted was unity and equality, I wouldn't be here. But she doesn't, I've known her far too long to think that she won't try to grab power. Now, I know for certain that she will win the presidency in the election in a few days, she has just too much support, especially with her little sun trick she pulled off. The best we can do is try to get elected onto the Grand Council and do whatever we can to oppose anything that might give even the slightest amount of additional power to her. My brother is kinda like your Pansy, just a bit more...manly shall we say and a bit more independent. Whom I'm most worried about besides my sister is my other sister, Rena Luncula. She supports Snow, and she has a certain quiet appeal. Ponies seem to not be able to resist her the moment they lay their eyes on her." Tremalion said.
TickTock takes a deep breath after having scurried through the trees, she is still a bit out of breath. She stumbles forwards toward the pools of water, not to close, but close enought to look at the odd waters. She looks at the hot water, seeing that it is practically boiling, she steps away from it, and ends up crashing into the pool next to her. She struggles to swim as the waters surround her. She cries out "Somepony! Anypony! Help!" She can't really swim, and she is splashing about a bit frantically in the smaller pool of water. She realizes how ridiculous she must look, but she honestly needed the help.
Location: Northeastern Forest (Iris) You look around for the source of the feeling, confident that whatever lonely woodland creature is watching is less than a match for you. However, as you hear a howling erupt from the bushes not too far away from you, it becomes apparent that the creature might not be as alone as you thought it was. Erupting from the undergrowth, a pack of four Timberwolves races towards you, sights set on their prey...which unfortunately happens to be you. Young Timberwolf Lv 2 HP: 18/18 DMG: 2-3 Timberwolf Lv 3 HP: 27/27 DMG: 3-4 Timberwolf-Pack Leader Lv 5 HP: 50/50 DMG: ??? Timberwolf Lv 3 HP: 27/27 DMG: 3-4 Location: Pegasi Tents "I'll be careful of this Rena then, and though it is a shame to admit it, I must also concede that we need at least somepony loyal to us in the Grand Council. We must act like we are playing this game by her rules for now. If Snow really tries to take power like you say, rest assured that you have the support of the proud warriors of our race Tremalion. We will not trust you yet as such, but we will stand beside you. However, I believe it would be best that you leave now, ponies might get the wrong idea if they see me conversing with a unicorn after that sumit." Hurricane dismissed Tremalion before turning back to the blue pegasus. "I think we've got a lot of training ahead of us Inferno."
Tremalion thanked Hurricane and made his way out of the tent, he had a Grand Council election to work on... "So wait exactly is your plan?" Rena asked Snow, they were sitting in the middle of a clearing, away from any kind of civilization. "My plan..." Snow started, "Is to bring the ponies of Equestria together, no matter what. And I believe that will not be so until it is shown to them that all three races can co-exist together." Rena looked confused, "And how exactly is that going to work?" she asked. Snow, as careful, scooted closer to Rena and whispered, "I've been working on a spell. A very particular spell, one that will grant the caster untold power and possibility. One that combines all three races into one pony, I call it the Alicorn-Raising spell." Rena looked aghast, "Why would you do that?!" Snow chuckled, "Like I said, it would be the only way to show that all three races can co-exist, and if grants me some power and prestige along the way, all the better. Here, I'll show you my progress." Snow took several steps back and concentrated, horn wrapped in magic, that seemed to grow in layers, until finally, there was a flash, and there stood Snow, the small-winged unicorn. "Now they aren't good for anything right now." Snow said as the wings soon disappeared, "But as I get better and refine this spell, I will be a full blown alicorn sister." Rena had a look of astonishment on her face, "Sister, you're-you're so awesome!" was all she could think of saying.
From distance she thought it was a bunch of draco-bit... 5.78 seconds and plus 20% laters... Even better!! It is a bunch of timberwolves! - -" "..." Pete sake! What should I do during this situation? I wasn't expecting that? Four Timberlake no.. Timberwolves! Serious! Someone whispered into her ears... "You meant to run..." She nodded... She understand she doesn't have much choice in this situation but to... "Runnnnnn!" She start to run away deeper into the forest hopefully to lose those wolves by using darkness and endless bunch of trees in the forest... Yet, she managed to lose them... She hidden behind the bush the wolves are just a few meter away from the bush. They're sniffing to find her. "Sooner or later, they will found me!" She notice she surround by those timberwolves... She can't run or attempt any escape! She basiclly trapped!! "Iris what are you trying to do? What are we going to do? We're trapped!" someone whispered in her ears ...but she smiles... she had a plan in her mind... There is some several rocks in this area on the ground. Perfecto! "Holy Molly Mother of Nature... forgive me..." she quickly grab a rock on the ground in one hand. One the other hand her steel cleaver is in ready position. She look at the Timberwolf-Pack Leader and smiled mischievously... "Equestria had been recently too cold from those frozen storm... HOW ABOUT SOME FIRE!! Mr. TIMBER!!" Basically, she set fire on Timberwolf-Pack Leader. The leader was moaning and screaming in pain and caught on fire, the perfect encirclement was absolutely broken. The fellow wolves were spread into different direction in panic. The leader was running randomly and screaming for help which cause little young timberwolves, who desperately try to help it's father, caught on fire too. Soon enough, the young on collapsed. The leader gone nuts and crazy... "Oh my I wasn't expect THAT to happen..." she grasp "My poor little wolf... it smell like Manijing roast duck but I pass... I'm vegetarian" The Leader-Pack Timberwolves ran blindly into random direction, hit the tree, rock and everything which block its way and then collapse... As a result... "Iris! What have you done!" the 'things' whispered panicky "You set the Equestria on fire!!" "That what was I expected to happen... unpurposely" She set the Equestria on fire... no... The forest on fire. Everything caught on fire "I don't want to set the Equestria on fire. I time to run..." "But we can go back to the same route it blocked by the fire!" The 'thing' said "To the forest" She run away from this 'bushfire' and goes deeper into the forest which even cause herself trapped in the mist... Without acknowledge, she's also losing health from burn effect...
