So what anime and manga series do you follow? Highschool of the Dead? Those Who HunT Elves? Slayers? Deathnote?
The only animes i watched was Angel Beats Robotech and Bleach P.S I never seen all the eps of them. I watch Other shows from japan like Ultraman max. Ultraman (1966) Ultraman tiga. :3
I love Death Note, It so awesome... Alucard's pretty beasty too. And so many anime films have I watched, such as My Neighbor Totoro, Pom Poko, Porco Rosso, Spirited Away- Y'know, the usual.
I read Naruto and watch it in Japanese and English. Love the music too, even though the best songs are unreleased tracks so I have to find covers people make.
I've loved animation & comics both domestic & foreign from a very young age...but on the topic of anime and manga my favorites would be.. Anime -Anything ByGAINAX -Anything By Studio Ghibli -Anything By Madhouse - Most of the series from the Noitamina Block - 70's & 80's Stuff. -Bleach -Case Closed -Fairy Tail -Revolutionary Girl Utena -Sailor Moon Manga -Ariga's Stuff -Tezuka's Stuff -Urasawa's Stuff -Black Lagoon -Bleach -Case Closed -Claymore -Fairy Tail -Psyrn -Tenjo Tenge So yeah have a lot of stuff I like. Not all that fond of a lot of modern stuff though, to much kawii-desu & ecchi, not enough giant robots, martial artists & Sailor Scouts, lol. Don't get me wrong there are cute shows I like (such as Squid Girl & Toradora) but a lot of the more otaku-centric stuff, doesn't really appeal to me that much Also enjoy JRGP's especially Disgaea, Kingdom Hearts & Neptunia.
Just Death Note and Naruto. I love Naruto, but at the same time, i can't wait for it to just END! >_< Seriously, it's like the ending is already there, but they're just dragging it out. Tried reading Bleach and One Piece, they were boring to me.
Closest I've got to anime is Yugioh, Pokemon and Dragonball Z. I've read a few of the Dragonball mangas but that's about it. I can't afford to have another obsession so I'm trying not to start watching anime.
Thats debatable especially with the way most anime has gone the past 5-7 years, being made to pander to Otaku as opposed to focusing on story & characters. But yeas any good media should focus on developing its stories & characters, something most modern media, be it anime, toons or live action arguably does not do enough off, or does a very poor job. At least imo. But yeah Pokemon....it's kind of annoying to watch these days i'll admit, lol.
Fair point. Although I stopped watching around about Generation 3. It wasn't the same without Misty. And apparently in the latest generation, they replaced Brock. I've vowed never to watch it again. Brock was the best character ever.

I also used to like Dragonball Z alot as a kid. If they aired it on TV here, i'd probably watch it again. I'd buy DVDs if they sold any... Unfortunately, i never got to watch the original Dragonball series. As for GT, i'm still in the process of killing my braincells with alcohol to forget i ever watched it. Really, as far as Dragonball goes, the only thing worse than GT was DB Evolution.
The anime's that I like are Yu Yu Hakusho, the Devil may cry anime, Cowboy Bebop, High School of the dead, and the original Dragon Ball.
I kind of liked that Devil May Cry anime, but i hated the idea of pairing up a badass demon hunter like Dante with an annoying little girl...
