Etheran nodded. "let's go, then."

 

I suppose. Ugh, its like a scavenger hunt.

 

Etheran shrugged. "which way?"

 

A vey long walk back the way we came.

 

Etheran smiled. "we could teleport."

 

No. There is Evil in this world, able to take down, groups that are collectively equivalent to me right now, without much effort. And we don't have natural protections, such as Midnight Minutes. The first few minutes before and after Midnight are safest to travel during. Clocks and timepieces don't work right around this cottage. Without accurate Midnight Minutes, the evil which knows we are in this world could've set a trap for us.

 

Etheran waved a hand. "that's using magyk to travel, right? how about we just step into another dimension, then step back into this one, except to the place we want to be?"

 

Ugh. Bad idea. I can't do that. You go ahead, I'm not at full strength yet.

 

Etheran chuckled. "I can take you with me, you know."

 

I'd rather walk or use the Magyk of the world around me. One bad thing with my powers, when I die, I get very sick if I use magic foreign to a world.

 

Etheran rolled their eyes. "I wasn't asking for you to do anything. I was just saying I could do something that brought you with me"

 

Try it then. Just warning you, might not be pretty.

 

Etheran snapped their fingers, enveloping them both in a thick, silver mist. when it cleared, they were in Etheran's realm. then they snapped their fingers again, and this time they appeared where Arch wanted them to be

 

(Swaying where he stood before bending over due to nausea) ugh.

 

Etheran frowned at him. "you didn't even do anything."

 

The mist. I never told you how my powers work, did I?

 

Etheran shook their head. "no, not really"

 

Osmosis. When I die, I primarily use something akin to osmosis to reclaim my power.
