After twenty minutes, all armor pieces was attached. Marcus stepped off of the panel and grabbed his helmet. He had activated it, letting it's visor's HUD system (Heads- Up Display) load. The motion sensor was fine, and the over shield's system bar was active. Marcus felt his senses hyphened, due to the helmets systems. http://oyster.ignimgs.com/mediawiki/apis.ign.com/halo-4/thumb/e/e3/Soldier.jpg/228px-Soldier.jpg
Carmon suddenly felt pain in her had quickly woke up, she had cut herself on a sharp stone and her palm was bleeding. She dismissed and rubbed an eye before standing up.
Marcus weighed a ton and a half. He was stronger and faster thanks to the armors systems. He walked out of the armory, shutting the hidden stone door to make it look like it was part of the cave wall. The armors over-shield activated, making his armor glow slightly from it charging. He saw nothing on his radar but three yellow dots. "So, your finally awake? There is still time to grab some weapons out of the armory, including energy swords."
"Do people really use those?" She already had what she needed and didn't like the idea of armor or swords. "What time is it?" She asked
"8:49, we should move out to get an early start." Marcus said before waking up the two mares. They seemed shocked to see a 9'9 creature, but recognized the voice. They calmed down after a while, while Marcus was attaching his seven weapons to his small magnetic plates allowing them to stick. "I am a super-soldier, the military I come from we have to wear this. It gives extra strength, speed, and our senses are hyphened. Without these, my kind would have been destroyed long ago."
"Where I used to live we used out wits and not just some high-tec stuff" Carmon grinned as she walked towards the entrance at a medium pace. "No offense if you took it"
"None taken." Marcus accepted. He made sure that the over-shield was active. Marcus looked at Lotus, "Can you gal's lead us to your town?" She nodded.
Vanessa was awaiting her banishment from the heavens. After the archangel spoke the process began to happen. The most prominent thing to happen was the loss of her wings. Once that was done who whole body was encased in light, as she fell towards the mortal world. Her destination was the Everfree and as she fell she to many a ponies eyes she looked just like a shooting star however Vanessa crash landed not too far from Marcus and Carmon creating a large crater.
Before the two mare could speak, Marcus heard something like an explosion. The clouds covered the sun like they did last night. He magnified his motion tracker on his visors HUD to 200 yards. He saw a blue dot, it was no enemy, and it was no friendly. He put an armor piercing ammo magazine into his assault rifle, "Carmon, before we take off to "Ponyville", we need to see what that sound was."
"Do we have to?" She groaned and already knew his answer. She began walking towards the noise, her senses becoming more aware every step she took. ((Oh dear god, that was short.))
Vanessa awoke in the crater looking at her mortal form. Gone were her Toga and sandals instead replaced with jeans, a white t-shirt, Brown leather jacket and Brown high heeled boots. She then noticed the Golden gauntlet and pauldron on her right side as well as a battlestaff next to her. "Well, at least my right shoulder and hand will be protected. So this is the Mortal realm. It really does look like it needs more holiness rather than worshipping their princesses who masquerade as their Gods." As she stood up she noticed two silhouettes in the distance.
Marcus was in front of the group, his assault rifle at the ready. The dot was still, making him wander if it was some form of object rather than a life form. As he neared the object on his tracker, the land started to get steeper and steeper. There was a clearing. There was nothing but burn't trees and plants around a large crater. Marcus held his hand up, signaling for the group to stop, "Here's the plan, if this thing is hostile, take the mares back to the cave and I'll deal with it. It's neutral, so I don't know if it's friendly or not till I get down there." Marcus walked down to the middle of the crater, hoping what ever this thing was, it was friendly. If it wasn't, he hoped that his armor would take any powerful blows.
Carmon stood at the edge, waiting for the 'results'. She was prepared to take the mares back and prepared to fight, just in case she was attacked by anything. She squatted and watched intently, waiting for something to happen.
Vanessa noticed an armoured figure walk down towards her. She simply walked around him and analysing. After a while she was the first to speak up "Who art thou, mortal."
Marcus noticed that voice sounded like "Royalty" in a way. Luckily, he had an energy sensor, and this chick was blazing with it. "UNSC Spartan personnel Z97, what is a civilian doing out here, and why." This was no "polite" question, Marcus was demanding. Then, he had a split second flashback as he looked at her. When he was at the gates of heaven, he was called "The Hero Of Vengeance" or some crap like that. "Answer."
Carmon sat down and watched the two speak, she was alert and ready to kill and run as they kept talking. She was impatient at the moment and easily irritated.
Marcus was probably the tallest thing alive. He towered over the woman, expecting an answer. He had his rifle at the ready, and just in case he'd lose it, he had the Abyssal Sword strapped ti his armored back. At least 31 grenades hung from his armored waist, and had seven different weapons. He continued to look at the woman, expecting an answer.
Carmon lost her footing and sent rocks tumbling down, she got her grip and the edge of the crater and acted as if nothing had happened though she backed away a few steps from the large crater.
"I am no Civilian. I am Vanessa Harkness, Angel of Life. Though now I am cast out from my home after being tricked by a demon into sinning with lust. Now my quest to prove oneself is to bring light back towards this realm." She then looked up towards the silhouette which had just fell over. "So Spartan, who ist thou who travels alongside you."
Marcus didn't know what to say at first, but pulled himself together, "You'll have to ask her yourself. Now then, you said you wanted to bring life in to this realm."
