    Get ready for this: She doesn't. Celestia makes them for her. Why do you think Celestia went down so easily? Shining Armor's love?! Don't make me laugh! Celestia was in on Chrysalis' plan all along! Every fortnight, Celestia chooses one pony in all of Equestria. She kidnaps them in the middle of the night, without Luna's knowledge, and send them to Chrysalis, where they are turned into a Changeling and all memories of their former lives are erased. And get this: Celestia is Training Twilight to do the same thing! :ahh:
