Probably. After reading the comic... which, quite frankly, I hated... I'm thinking that Cap's supposed past connections with Hydra might be planted memories. Either way, the obvious extreme liberal bias of the comic... going so far as to make Red Skull an obvious stand-in for Trump... just shows that Nick Spencer is undeserving of continuing the Captain America legacy.
I think it'd be classed as a superweapon. The primary function of the station was to house and transport the planet-killing superlaser. But, if that's not an acceptable answer, then I'd go with a lightsaber, because using it to its fullest implies Force powers.
Actually, forget the lightsaber. I think the absolute best and most fitting weapon for me would be a Red Lantern power ring. It's powered by rage, so I'd be pretty much unstoppable, and the oath is awesome.
