Stuffy stifled a chuckle and sat down. "So... when do you suppose he'll wake up? Or if he is awake." She gave him a hidden wink.
Asmo walked out in Dusty's form, with bloodshot eyes, and a still visible set of scars. "Hi, Patches... hooves are weird." Dusty looked at Stuffy and shook his head, as if to say, He's so gone. Maya put a hoof on her mouth to try and hide the fact that she wanted to die laughing.

"I wouldn't know." Stuffy shrugged and dug her claws into the floor. Stuffy padded up to him and pat his head. "How was your time of sleep? " She joked.
Asmo replied, "I had this weird dream where I was a cloud being pushed around by a pegasus. Then I woke up with hooves." Maya said, "That sounds magical, dude." Asmo looked confused. "What's a dude?"
"It's an insult." Stuffy said sarcastically, and rolled her eyes. Though she half-hoped he believed her.
"Whaaat? Maya wouldn't be so mean. Skydust said she's the kindest soul. A bright light in a dark world, or something corny like that." Asmo got distracted looking up at his horn. How did unicorns and alicorn wear hats? It was a mystery. Maya said, "Aww, I love you, Dusty." Dusty replied, "And I, you." He then shot Stuffy a look. Maya said, "Uh, Asmo, whatever you do, trust absolutely everything Stuffy says from this point on."
Stuffy laughed, "That really is corny." She looked back at Dusty gave him a gave of obvious disliking. "I have a friend that's a shapeshifter like you. Perhaps you'd like to meet her? " She asked Asmo.
Asmo asked, "Is she one of those changelings?" He began tapping his horn with his hoof. The thoughts going through his head were too outlandish to accurately convey through writing. "Are you friends with Queen Chrysalis, Patches?" Dusty added, "I would not be shocked."
"No, I am not friends with her. In fact, she's quite annoying." Stuffy sighed, and turned back to Asmodeus. "I don't know what she is. She's blue though. In the mind and her color. Ha!" She laughed at her own failed joke.
Dusty said quietly, "I must agree with you on that one." He had met Chrysalis once, and he wasn't a fan. "Oh. Well then sure, I'd like to meet her. Can we go right now?" He started to walk somewhere but sat down, distracted by the tie-dye sky. Maya practically ordered, "Just sit for a while, dude. I think there's a storm coming in anyway."
"It's just a measly storm, right? " Stuffy also looked at the sky, noticing clouds in the far off distance.
Maya answered, "Not quite. Dusty, can you be a dear and put the shield up?" Dusty nodded, his horn glowing. A magical barrier appeared over the whole village.
The storm clouds were moving in fast. They were close enough that one could notice Celestia-sized ice statues of cats and dogs falling down and bursting into shrapnel that flew fast. Maya told Stuffy, "We both tried to get rid of one of those clouds once. I tried to buck it and got electrocuted. Dusty tried to magic it and his horn stopped working for a week. We kinda have to stay under something."
"Sounds scary. But storms are awesome, they make you feel warm and tired." Stuffy daydreamed, and yawned.
"You need a nap, dude?" Statues began to hit the barrier, disintegrating immediately. "Whoa," said Asmo, "nice shield." For a moment, the statues being destroyed by the shield was beautiful to him. Dusty smiled slightly, "Child's play, really."
Dusty answered, "No. My barriers put those of Luna and Celestia themselves to shame." Maya had something on her mind for a few minutes now. "Ya know, Asmo did something pretty wild while we were gone. Did you two catch it?" Dusty nodded. Asmo, finally starting to come back, asked, "What are you talking about..?"
