So I have been trying to change my avatar but I keep running into a problem, I have to select the file twice for it to even stay selected but for some reason even after doing that the "Okay" button is un-pressable making me unable to change avatar, is this happening for anyone else?
We'll get one of the more tech savy mods to take a look at it, in the meantime I should be able to change it on my end if you'd like, just pm me the picture and I'll give it a go.
Okay this is beyond weird im having the same problem on my own forum and it seems to be only me having this problem on any xenforo forum.
I am trying to change my avatar to this I kept trying on my forum and the okay button wasnt working but somehow it eventually changed I tried the same method on here to get it to change and it didn't work, would a mod be able to change it for me?
I found the problem, I've mentioned a few times before I use custom code to make avatars round here, this code works on all xenforo sites including my own (although mine already has round avatars) but it was causing another effect it was blocking the okay button and also blocking error messages. My avatar size limit is unlimited on my forum since im the owner that is why it worked there but its too big on here. I disabled the addon for now until i fix it. You may close this now.
