    I used finale printmusic. It is a MIDI-based program, but, I ran the sound through audio units and put a reverb setting that makes it sound less like a MIDI, and more like a synthesized recording. But yes, the raw file is MIDI.

    MUSIC NERD MODE-ACTIVATE!

    The drums aren't reggae. In reggae, the drums play a "one drop" pattern. The bass drum is on the third note, and is usually played with a cross stick or snare on the third beat as well. There isn't a bass drum on the first beat.
