She frowned as she drove. "Thanks for pulling me out in there," she said eventually. "I was a little out of it."
"No, you don't understand. I don't think I can go to the hospital. Not for any timers related injuries, anyway. That's where they put the timers on the babies. They'd know I was involved in something I shouldn't have been."
"I know Poppy," she said, frowning. "But she shouldn't be bothered with this right now. Don't worry. I'll take care of it."
"Careful is my middle name," she said idly, turning on her bike. "I'll probably just cut off my arm."
