She laughed slightly, heading for the door. "I think I needed you just as much as you needed me. Come on."
She led him up to her room, a standard hotel room with a double bed, a kitchen area, and a bathroom. She put the keys on the counter and stretched. "Just crash wherever. You can take the bed."
She sighed and turned her face into the pillow, her hair a stark contrast against the white cotton. "Come on. We should get some sleep."
She scootched over to make room for him, slipping off her coat and dropping it on the floor beside the bed and pulling a blanket around her.
