(Callie probably isn't going for a walk, so I'm not sure.)
(Do you want to just do Val and Landon for now?)
(Yeah, that works.)
Val pulled her jacket tighter around her, blowing warm air into her hands as she waited for Landon.
He joined soon after, putting the keys in his pocket. "Hey!"
She looked up at him, cocking her head. "Hello."
He looked up at the sky, then at her. "You ready?"
"Yeah," she said, her teeth chattering slightly. "Let's go in."
He tilted his head, starting for the building. "Are you cold?'
"It's snowy out," she replied bluntly. "Yes, I'm cold."
He nodded, a bit embarrassed. "Right.. sorry. Would you like to borrow my coat?"
She cocked her head. "No thank you. Let's just head inside."
He nodded, his eyes turning to the ground. "Okay."
Her expression softened. "Thank you, though. I appreciate it."
He looked up at her. "Of course."
She met his gaze for a moment before clearing her throat. "Ahem. Anyway."
He pursed his lips, a bit confused. "So do you know where we're looking?"
"For?"
".. The plan?"
