She grinned, walking over with the cartons in hand. She passed him his and kissed his cheek. "So, tell me about the riot."
"Get any good pictures?" she asked, breaking apart her chopsticks. * * * He hesitated, offering her his hand. "I was thinking... we could go to the beach with our food? Like a picnic?"
She kissed his cheek before leaning against him. "You don't seem very excited." * * * He beamed. "Really?"
She hesitated before kissing his cheek. "Let's just watch crappy TV, then, okay? We don't have to talk about it." * * * "Oh, great! I was worried you'd say no."
She turned on the TV and leaned against his chest, her inky black hair tickling his skin slightly. Her head tilted to the side and she kissed his chest lightly, pulling the blanket onto their laps. * * * "Wonderful! Grab your coat, okay?"
She laughed slightly, pulling out some noodles with her chopsticks. “Love you too, sweet boy.” *** He allowed himself a small smile before heading for the door to grab his bag.
He pursed his lips before stealing her noodles with his mouth. *** She approached a moment later. "I'm ready!"
She gasped and tapped him on the nose with a chopstick. “Thief! You have your own!” *** “Great,” he said, shrugging on his. Coat and offering her a hand. “Let’s boogy.”
“Evidently you don’t. Your noodles are in there.” She tapped his container with a chopstick, her head tilted. *** He opened the door and they left the apartment.
"I decided I wanted some of your noodles!" *** She hummed under her breath excitedly. "This is going to be lovely."
“They came from the same container!” *** He smiled down at her. “You’re really excited about this, aren’t you?”
"Different things!" *** "Yep! I really like the beach and I like spending time with you so it's gonna be perfect!"
