Back at it Again (One-on-One)

She came up behind him and kissed his cheek, standing on her tiptoes.

"Hey."

"Do you want me to love you?"

 

"It was tough, believe me. I'm standing on three ladders right now."

"Then accept my love."

 

She smacked his head playfully before kissing his cheek.

"If you keep not accepting it, I won't be able to keep giving it."

 

"I hate you and your tallness."

"Nope. It's all gone."

 

"Bull. You know that's not true."

He kissed her cheek, squeezing her hand.

"No love."

 

"You like using my shortness against me. I'm just a game to you."

"Baby, I think you're the greatest thing since sliced bread."

 

"That's bull*squee!*."

* * *

"Not from your end, certainly."

 

"Uh huh. I'm sure. I'm really feelin' the love."

"Coulda fooled me. You don't seem to want my affection."

 

“I’m devastated.”

She sighed dramatically.
