Back at it Again (One-on-One)

"Tell me what you said!"

 

She stalked him around the kitchen, taking slow, deliberate steps.

"Landon Rhodes."

 

She advanced slowly.

"You did what?"

 

She paused before sprinting at him abruptly.

 

She lunged at him, her feet padding against the floor. Despite her demeanor, her touch was gentle, but terrifying nonetheless.

 

“You’re dead,” she hissed in his ear.

 

“I will murder you.”

 

“You’d say that if you were staring death in the face. Which you are."

 

She came over to him and put a finger under his chin.

"You're dead to me."

 

She leaned down and her face covered by his ear.

"Dead."
