"But you don't want to fight me on that." * ** He sighed before starting to sob, hiding his face in his hands.
"So why talk about it?" * * * He pulled away from her, heading to the bathroom and shutting the door, locking it behind him.
"Because it's still mine." *** Her brows furrowed, and she went to the door and knocking gently. "Arlo?"
"Yes it is." *** She sat down in front of the door. "Yes I do. I love you more than anything! I promise."
"It's more mine than yours." * * * Muffled sobs came behind the wood. "All because I tried to order food."
She glanced over at him. "You want me to have this shirt," she said, her voice low. * * * There was a silence before the door whipped open and he wrapped his arm around her waist and pulling her into his lap, giving her a big kiss on the cheek.
She came over to him, sitting on the edge of the bed. "You want me to have this shirt." * * * "You started it!"
She gave him a smirk, pulling her hair off her shoulder before standing up and heading to the kitchen. * * * "I cared. I just couldn't show it."
The door closed behind her and the squeak of the shower handle came before the sound of rushing water. * * * "Nope. I just kept the element of surprise."
