She pursed her lips, glaring at him with almost catlike eyes. "Well," she began, her expression shifting. "I'm not getting out until we get there." * * * He ran a hand through his light brown hair, adjusting his glasses thoughtfully. "This is the nicest thing I can think of right now."
"I decide when the trip ends," she said smoothly, making a wave through the air with her free hand. * * * He came over to her and wrapped his arms around her, slipping them under her arms and kissing her forehead. "Thank you."
He raised an eyebrow. " That's not fair." *** She smirked before jumping on him, wrapping her arms and legs around him.
She laughed, switching her hands on the wheel and opening her arm towards him. "C'mere." * * * He blinked in surprise, staggering before shifting to support her, his arms around her waist. "You're insane."
She kissed his head, draping her arm over his shoulder. "I love you too, my sweet boy." * * * "Good one," he said dryly, kissing the tip of her nose. "How long have you been planning that?"
"Not for a while," she replied primly, rubbing his back idly. * ** "You haven't even known me for years."
