Quickstar blinked a few times, taking a moment to fully comprehend what had just happened. He sighed. "Dang it, this is why I need practice! My observational skills really are getting rusty..." "But anyway, a different world that is connected? Hmm...but I guess it must be thaumatically linked to ours if it still reacted to my levitation spell...truly fascinating! One moment, though..." Quickstar bent down to help the newcomer up, saying calmly "Would you mind explaining exactly what you were doing? Did a disaster start without me noticing?"
"what? no, there was, like, a 75% chance i was being chased by a timber-wolf just now... guess i wasnt." The pony smiles and takes quickstar's assistance in getting up.
"And apparently, it seems you can teleport as well. Truly gifted! I would have loved to have had you in one of my classes. We would ha..." Quickstar paused, once again needing a moment to process what the newcomer had said. He seemed to have a knack for catching Quickstar off-guard, which didn't happen very often. "Wait, timberwolves? What makes you think there are timberwolves attacking?"
"i dunno. it's always possible. just like teleportation is possible. duh." again, the pony just smiled as if everything he said made sense.
"i never actually saw it... it just seemed likely one was there." a howl echoes from far away, reasonably outside the city. "hmmm... oh well, thanks for the tip about burning them." The pony smiles again and holds up his hoof, seeming to ask for a hoof-shake ((hoof bump? whatever works.))
(I've got dinner and schoolwork to do, and I think me and Parsons have almost been dominating this thread. I'm taking a break, but I'll keep an eye out in case something interesting happens. Feel free to continue without me for a bit)
Tyler walked towards the two ponies and asked them "umm excuse me" he said to quickstar "who are you cause you seem familiar"
Quickstar turns to Tyler. Hm? Oh, it's that shy pony from Sugarcube Corner. The one who... Oh right...the one who was so shy he ended up... Probably best not to mention that. "I'm not entirely sure where, young stallion, but it's a pleasure to meet you. I'm Quickstar. What's your name?" This wasn't Quickstar's first time dealing with shy, withdrawn ponies, not after a decade at Celestia's School, and he found he always had a soft spot for them. With ones like this, he found the slow approach was best. Depending on how shy they were, even something as simple as offering a hoofshake could cause them to shy away. The best thing to do was to put on a comforting smile and let them take the lead, let their words and actions dictate how forward he should be.
Dreamer sneaks up, trying and failing to stay hidden, and looks over Tyler. "Where did you get those epic glasses?"
Lace gave up on her nap and found the ponies before at Sugarcube Corner. "Sorry to bother but were you the pony I met earlier." She smiled nicely at Tyler and held her hoof out, "The names Golden Lace, but please call me Lace."
'My names T- Tyler" he said trying to not be shy "my brother I think goes to your class do you have a student named Randy Mulhill?" asked Tyler. Tyler then turned to Lace and shook her hoof "nice to meet you" He then turned to Dreamer and said "These glasses are one of a kind you cant find them anywhere else". While Tyler was talking to each of them he thought *wow this is easier than I thought*
"one of a kind... it could be there are more of them... in, like, another universe, where there are more of you also," dreamer turned and walked over to an empty area and started pacing, rambling about the theoretically possible universe where everyone is Tyler. He eventually yells out something about destiny bringing them all together before rushing back over to everyone else, and acting as if nothing had happened.
"Woah ummm... he just made my head hurt ha ha that was cool but anyway I wonder what he ment by destiny?" Tyler wondered "but um yeah somepony made them for me they can tell when the weather will change and what it will change to and it tells me where I am in all of Equestria these are some pretty cool glasses" Tyler told Lace
"Sure just dont break them they took alot of time to make" Tyler said before handing over the glasses
