    It's the vulcano in the middle of Vvardenfell where the neverarine destroyed the heart of Lorkhan to stop the blight and kill Dagoth Ur (in TES III). It erupted after the ministry of Truth (That piece of moon Vivec stopped.) crashed into earth after Vivec's mysterious disappearance. All dunmers had to flee to Solstheim as the rest of Morrowind got invaded by Argonians in their weakened state.
