The studio that brought us "The Elder Scrolls" is reviving the franchise that brought us Cyborg Hitler? This is going to be epic.
Gotta agree with ridley this sounds like it can't be bad unless they just throw the idea at the wall and see what sticks
Remember, this is Bethesda we're talking about. These are the guys behind the Elder Scrolls, Fallout, and Dishonored. If anyone can pull this off, they can. Though I'm pretty sure their necromancy skill will level up, regardless.
To be fair, Bethesda had no part in making Wolfenstein 2009 (And also, I enjoyed that game.) This will also (at least I think) be ID Software's first actual game since being bought by Bethesda.
New gameplay video's out! Getting excited for this game, but the weapon firing sounds could've been beefier...that turret minigun sounds like a peashooter to me.
After seeing some gameplay and the trailer, I honestly thing this is going to be awesome. Don't screw this up, Bethesda. Also, according to an interview Wolfenstein will be released on all previous and next-gen consoles. So it'll be on both PS4 and XBone...thank you Lord.
While the game is being published by Bethesda, it is not being brought to us by the same people who brought us The Elder Scrolls. It's being made by MachineGames, who is made up of members who made the Darkness and Riddick games. I'm only saying this because I thought Bethesda was the one who brought us Dishonored, and was totally blindsided by the fact that it was basically the people who made Bioshock 2 remaking Bioshock 2.
