    If you mean be ship security, but volunteer as a seeker during charge times, then sure. Things may be a little more complicated for you though.

    Role: Security

    Background: Silver is on the ship because he is good at stopping conflict. Whether between the occupants of their ship, or possible native life forms of a planet they land on, Silver's impeccable barriers are extremely useful in preventing hotheaded charges that would otherwise destroy any possibility of a diplomatic solution. Silver is also quite good with working technology, though not as good at knowing how it works, which is why he isn't a technician. However, it allows him to work the ship's defenses and some other things with relative ease.
