He stayed awake for a few hours after her, occasionally brushing her hair out of her face, but fell asleep soon after, his head resting on top of hers.
He was asleep next to her, dark circles under his eyes. His face was turned into the pillow, but one arm was still around her, his fingers brushing her shoulder.
He shifted awake anyway, his brow furrowing as he woke slowly. His eyes rested on her and he relaxed. “Hi.”
His face was a naturally serious one, but he gave her his cocky smile, sitting up on his elbows and kissing her cheek. "I'm glad to hear it. Do you want some breakfast?"
He laughed slightly at her blush, lying back next to her. "You just spent hours laying with me," he replied playfully, resting his head on the pillow again. "You want more?"
"But I wasn't," he replied, tilting his head playfully. He reached over and traced her eyebrow casually with his finger, his hand dipping to cup her jaw. He smirked slightly. "You snore."
He laughed outright, watching her affectionately. "I'm just kidding, Blaisey," he said playfully. "You don't snore. I mean, I like you, but if you snored so much that I couldn't sleep, well... it'd be a dealbreaker."
