She nodded slowly. "I'm not very good at decorating." *** He blinked. "It's great," he told her, looking somewhat embarrassed. "But I.. Well I'm not.. I don't know.." *** She watched him, folding her arms. *** He nodded, looking around.
“I’m sure that’s not true,” Ellis protested. “You just haven’t been given the opportunity.” *** She studied him before kissing him on the mouth lightly, her hands taking his and resting them gently on her hips. “We don’t have to do anything you’re uncomfortable with,” she said gently, cupping his jaw in her hands. “I would never do that to you.” *** He opened the door and cast one last look over his shoulder. *** She went over to the water and dipped her bare feet in, sitting on the edge.
She smiled slightly "It is true. Trust me." *** "I know," he said slowly, looking up at her adoringly. "I'm just worried I'll do something wrong." *** She groaned. "I hate this. Why do I always have to wait?" *** He took off his shoes and did the same.
“How do you know?” *** “You couldn’t,” she said quietly, running her fingers through his hair. “You are so precious to me that there isn’t a thing you could do that would be wrong in this moment.” *** He laughed, giving her a wink. “Sorry, baby.” *** She looked over at him thoughtfully before resting her head on his shoulder.
"Because I know me. I am no decorator." *** He flushed slightly before slowly giving her a kiss, his hand on her jaw. *** She approached him and crossed her arms. "No you aren't." *** He looked over, relaxing.
“You just need to try hard and believe in yourself.” *** She smiled against his lips, kissing him deeply. *** “I didn’t want this fate for you. You wanted it. Go clean.” *** She closed her eyes, exhaling slowly. “I think I’m really in love with you.”
She sighed. "We'll see how it goes." *** He sat up slightly brushing her hair back. *** She glared at him playfully before kissing his cheek and leaving. *** He smiled slowly. "I'm in love with you too."
“Coward,” he muttered under his breath. *** (Zoop!) *** “Mm.... what a convenience,” she relied flatly.
She rolled her eyes. "C'mon, let's go." *** Jaz was awake a bit later, an arm around Lucy as he held her. *** He chuckled. "I like you a lot."
He followed, taking her hand. *** Lucy’s eyes were closed, but she wasn’t asleep. Her head was on his chest and her fingers traced lines along his neck. *** “I like you too, ass,” she replied, glancing over at him.
She squeezed his hand, looking around. *** He yawned, looking down at her. "You're cute." *** He chuckled, going quiet again.
“Do you want a big table? So you can have lots of guests?” *** She opened her eyes, looking up at him. “Hm. Are you feeling okay?” *** She paused before slipping over her outerwear.
She frowned. "No. I don't want guests." *** He smiled slightly. "Just fine. Why?" *** He looked at the water, swinging his legs slightly.
He laughed lightly, kissing her temple. “Why not?” *** “Just checking. You were uncomfortable earlier.” *** She slipped into the water, dipping under the surface.
"That is my private space." *** "I'm okay now. Are you?" *** He tilted his head thoughtfully as he watched.
"I guess I won't visit, then," he said, raising an eyebrow. * * * She laughed, rubbing his chest gently. "I'm wonderful." * * * She came up for air, looking up at him.
"Oh, I'm well aware," he replied teasingly, kissing her cheek. * * * She closed her eyes again, sighing contentedly. "We should probably go back down to everyone else..." * * * "Thanks. Are you coming in?"
"So you have to stay." *** He kissed the top of her head. "I suppose." *** "Sure," he said, standing up and pulling his shirt off.
"I'm not going to leave, you goof, don't worry." * * * She stretched out next to him before kissing his neck gently. "Come on, Jaz..." * * * She flushed, averting her eyes.
