He hesitated, shaking his head. "It's... it's been a long, long time since I've had a good night's sleep."
She frowned, lying out on her stomach and propping her head up with her hands as she watched him. "How long?'
She frowned. "That's a long time.. But thank you for drinking the tea and lying down. You'll feel better a lot faster."
She watched him, her expression surprisingly serious. "If I'm annoying you, you can just tell me. Okay?"
He considered her, a small smile crossing his lips. "You're not annoying me. You're one of the few people around here I actually like."
Her speech quieted slightly as she frowned, looking outside. "You seemed annoyed when I closed your window."
He sighed, lying back on the pillows. "Don't apologize unless you would change your actions if you were given the opportunity," he replied. "Anything else, and you're not really sorry."
"I don't like that," she told him honestly. "It's not like I wanted to come into your room and annoy you."
